Specials, Discounts, and Packages are offered year-round except during December 23 – January 4 when the only discount offered is a 10% discount for reservations of at least 7 days or more. Detailed rate info and details are below. All guests at any of our properties (Porto Playa, El Taj Ocean, El Taj Beach, Maya Villa and Villa Sacbe)receive daily maid service (long-term stays can lower price by getting weekly maid service), complimentary beach chairs at Indigo Beach Club and complimentary use of The Gym, located at Porto Playa.
Promotional Rates and Codes
Up to 25% off reservations booked for January 4 – April 1, 2012 - includes complimentary Breakfast at El Taj Ocean/Indigo Beach Club
Reserve 4 nights or more January 4 – April 1 and you’ll receive 15% off and Complimentary Breakfast. Reserve 7 nights and take an additional 10% off.
Up to 40% off reservations for May or June, 2012.
Reserve 3-6 nights in May or June 1 and you’ll receive 30% off. Reserve 7 nights and take an additional 10% off.

Types of Units
In Porto Playa Condo Hotel there are 1 and 2 bedroom units and 2 and 3 bedroom penthouse units. Penthouses also have private rooftops with jacuzzi, gas grill, and lounge furniture.
El Taj Beach Condo Hotel offers 1 and 2 bedroom units, and 2, 3, and 4 bedroom penthouse units. Penthouses also have private rooftops with jacuzzi, gas grill, and lounge furniture.
El Taj Ocean Condo Hotel offers, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units, and 2 and 3 bedroom penthouse units. Penthouses also have private rooftops with jacuzzi, gas grill, and lounge furniture. 3 bedroom units face the water.
