We have condo’s in a couple of properties in Playa del Carmen: Villas Sacbe, Maya Villa, El Taj Beach and El Taj Ocean, as well as Porto Playa. El Taj Ocean is on the beach. All the others are within 1 block of the beach, 1 block from 5th Ave. This area is known as the Premier Zone -there is no better location in Playa del Carmen.
El Taj Ocean is on the beach with views of beach and water from all units.
All units at El Taj Ocean have views of the Beach and Water. We also have a private beach club, Indigo Beach Club
El Taj Ocean
is consistently rated among Top 3 properties in Playa del Carmen by Trip Advisor. All 41 units have full or partial views of the beach and water. There are 1 , 2, and 3 bedroom units as well as 2 and 3 bedroom penthouses. Penthouse units also have private rooftops with jacuzzi, gas grill, and lounge furniture.
El Taj Beach. . .
Guests at El Taj Ocean and El Taj Beach can use pools at both properties. El Taj Beach is the quieter, Bali-style pool. Stunning!
Maya Villa . . .
Maya Villa has 16 condos, all with large private balconies facing a ghecko shaped pool and jacuzzi. One wall is a waterfall into the pool. The theme is Mayan with spectacular lighting and gardens.

Villas Sacbe
Villas Sacbe is a romantic, boutique Condo Hotel (13 units) and features: one and two bedroom condos, large private balconies surrounding a private courtyard with a richly landscaped garden and fountain, plunge pool and jacuzzi.

Porto Playa
There’s not another property in Playa del Carmen like Porto Playa.The focal point is a Sanctuary reminiscent of a tropical rain forest, upper pool and jacuzzi with waterfalls into a lower pool with another jacuzzi.
Porto Playa has 21 condominiums with private, large balconies, high ceilings, with views of upper and lower pools, jacuzzis and gardens. The rates differ as do the experiences and ammenities.

Rates and Information
There are always nightly rates and weekly rates. Weekly rates include a 10% discount from the nightly rates.
We do offer specials throughout the year, so please email me the dates you are interested in and I’ll let you know if there are any promotionalspecials for that time.
