The Porto Playa Condo/Hotel is located in the heart of Playa, 1 block off the beach, 1 block off 5th Ave. 1 block south of Constituente. It is the single best location in Playa. Porto Playa has many ammenities including concierge service, fine dining in Negrosal Restaurant, The Gym, Coffee and Smoothie Shop. Room service is available.

There is a choice of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom condo’s. Some have better views than others. If you have children under 3 and/or you are not able to do stairs, the first floor is the best floor.

The views and the breezes are the best on the second and third floors where there are incredible balconies. The view of the pools, Jacuzzi’s, sanctuary and narrow view of the Gulf is tranquil.

The upper pool has waterfalls into the lower pool and from our balcony you can hear the water and we overlook both pools as well as a sanctuary filled with tropical plants and flowers.

The kitchens have everything you need including a coffee maker, full refrigerator, stove, blender, full-size coffee maker, and microwave. It is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc.

Porto Playa Condo/Hotels has only 21 units, full concierge service, daily maid service (except for Sundays) opened in 2006. All units are air conditioned and have various other features.

Our exclusive Gym is centrally located in Porto Playa Condo Hotel. The GYM is optional to all our guests at a discounted rate and it is designed and operated by the original founder of the world famous EQUINOX fitness clubs throughout the US.
The GYM has everything from state-of-the-art equipment to unique classes (Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, etc.).
