Unit 216 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a large balcony off kitchen, living room and Master Bedroom. It is located on the desirable 2nd floor which overlooks the pools, jacuzzi’s and tropical garden. Unit 216 gets terrific gulf breezes. There are fans and air conditioning in each room with thermostats in each room. The bed in the master bedroom is king-sized and the bed in the second bedroom can be set up as twin beds or a king sized-bed. The built in couch in the living room is 9 feet long. There is a private balcony off the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.
Flat screen televisions are in the living room and both bedrooms. Wireless internet is also available or just plug in.
There is a large closet and safe in the very spacious master bedroom. There are also french doors that open to a balcony with a view of the pools, jacuzzi and a glimpse of the Gulf Waters. The floors throughout the condo are marble. There is a flat screen television, fan, air conditioning control, clock radio and more.
Everything has been built for luxury, style and aesthetics. The bathroom is large, with a shower for two behind a glass
wall.
The living room is spacious and has beautiful views, including a view of the Gulf
The view from the 2nd bedroom is of another pool. It also has a large closet with a safe, private entrance to the 2nd bathroom, and a flat screen television. There is a fan, air conditioning controls, flat screen television and more.
Kitchen includes full refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes and glasses (including the important wine and margherita glasses), pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, blender, and so much more.
There is also an island that separates the kitchen from the living room. There are 4 barstools that can be used for entertaining or eating.
The middle floor is preferred because of the views, the breeze, and it’s only one flight of stairs. The first floor is more suitable for those with small children and/or people who might have trouble with stairs.
