The Porto Playa Condo/Hotel is located in the heart of Playa, 1 block off the beach, 1 block off 5th Ave. 1 block south of Constituente. It is the single best location in Playa. Porto Playa has many ammenities including 24 hour front desk, 24 hour security, Concierge service, The Gym and room service is available.
There is a choice of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom condo’s, as well as 2 and 3 bedroom penthouse units. Penthouse units also have a private rooftop, jacuzzi, gas grill, and lounge furniture. All units have views of either the pool and sanctuary or the water. If you have children under 3 and/or you are not able to do stairs, the first floor might be more suitable. The main floor is 20 feet above street level and is lush with tropical plants and palm trees. It is a private, tropical paradise.
There are two pools: the upper pool waterfalls into the lower pool and the lower pool has a built in chaise lounge to helpyou remain cool while you sunbathe.

All units have full kitchens with everything you need including a coffee maker, full refrigerator, stove, blender, full-size coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave. It is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc.
Porto Playa Condo/Hotels has only 21 units, full concierge service, daily maid service and opened in 2006. All units are air conditioned with temperature controls in each rom as well as ceiling fans and 5 gallon bottles of water.
